    GUIDELINES

    Contributors Requirements:- be respectful to all contributors and mods.
    - be 18 or older at the time applications close.
    - have Perona as the main focus of your piece, content may include other characters.
    - Contributors will be asked to join a discord so you’ll need to have a discord account.
    - Create a new original piece for the zine. Tracing, plagiarism, and AI are NOT allowed.
    - Inform the mod team if you are no longer able to fulfill your obligations as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate extensions, but we need your communication to do so.
    - Keep your piece private for the duration of the zine. You’ll be able to share a preview during the preorders and share your final piece after completion of the zine.    We are looking to accept ~25 page artists, ~5 merch artists and ~8 writers.
    You may apply for multiple roles but may only be accepted to one !

    Roles expectations:- Cover artists will be required to create an illustration that will serve as the cover of the zine. Either a single page or a spread depending on formatting.
    - Page artists will be required to create a single page or spread.
    - Merch artists will be required to create 2 merch pieces.
    - Writers will be required to create 1 fanfiction between 1k to 2.5k words.

    Applications GuidelinesPage Artist Application Guidelines:
    - Please submit 3 pieces that you consider to be your best work.
    - Page Artist applications will be evaluated on composition, anatomy, coloring, rendering, and backgrounds.
    - Portfolio link with up to 10 piece
    - One Piece art is preferred but not required. Please include what you consider to be your best current work in your portfolio !
    - All samples included in the portfolio must be SFW.    Merch Artist Application Guidelines:
    - Please submit 3 pieces that you consider to be your best work.
    - Merch Artist applications will be evaluated on anatomy, coloring, rendering, and design.
    - Portfolio link with up to 10 piece
    - One Piece art is preferred but not required. Please include what you consider to be your best works in your portfolio!
    - All samples included in the portfolio must be SFW.    Writers Application Guidelines:
    - Please submit 3 writing samples of what you consider to be your best work.
    - Writers applications will be evaluated on story, flow and pacing and technical skills (grammar, spelling, word usage…)
    - One Piece samples are preferred but not required !
    - Portfolio is optional.
    - All samples included in the portfolio must be SFW.

    What is a zine ?
    A zine is a non-official collection of fan created works surrounding a piece of media or fandom.    What is the theme of this zine?
    This zine will be centered around Perona! Other characters may be included but she will be the main focus of this zine.    Is this zine physical or digital?
    As of now, we’re aiming to have a physical and digital zine and merch.    Is this zine for charity or for profit?
    This will be depending on the interest check!    Are spoilers allowed?
    Yes, spoilers are allowed.    Is this zine SFW?
    This zine will be SFW, depending on the interest check there might be a ship focused NSFW add on.    How old do you have to be to apply?
    All contributors should be +18 once contributor apps close.    Do I need zine experience to apply?
    We do not require zine experience to apply! We will be selecting contributors based on their portfolio.    Can I apply for multiple positions?

    We are looking forward to accepting ~25 page artists, ~5 merch artists and ~6 writers.    How will contributors be compensated?
